Privacy notice

When you apply for membership or send us an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, organisation, role, email address, country, phone number (if given) and your message. We use them only to answer your application or enquiry and to follow up on it.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests sent to us, and steps taken at your request before entering into a membership agreement.

Heatnet Global is responsible for your data. The form is delivered by email through our service providers for website hosting (Cloudflare) and email delivery (Resend). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your application or enquiry and any membership that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
