Recycling Waste Heat from Data Centres - Heatnet Global Online Workshop

The exponential growth in demand for data storage and processing is driving investment in data centres across the globe. The waste heat generated from these energy-intensive data centres can be captured and harnessed to heat buildings in nearby communities.

Recovering and distributing heat from data centres involves the combination of a broad range of technologies, which makes design, installation, and operations complicated and costly. To unlock this potential, there is a need for a more simple and straightforward approach.

The aim of this session is to establish a platform for an exchange of best practices in terms of strategy, technologies, and implementation. You will meet representatives involved in data centre projects in North America and in Europe—project owners, engineering companies, developers, investors, technology and service providers, as well as other relevant stakeholders.
